The challenge

Good.Lab helps mid-market companies cut through the sprawl of ESG and sustainability reporting — their whole promise is “we speak sustainability so you don’t have to.” But their own site didn’t carry that clarity. Built on WordPress, it had grown cluttered and hard to navigate, and it wasn’t pulling in the qualified leads their sales team needed. The company that untangles complexity for a living had a site tangled in its own.

What we did

We started with a focused brand refresh — a color overhaul, new imagery, and sharper messaging. Enough to make Good.Lab feel current and credible, right-sized to what the brand actually needed rather than a rebuild for its own sake.

Then the big lift: a full migration from WordPress to Webflow. We ran a content audit to cut the dead weight, rebuilt the information architecture so visitors and search engines could actually find their way, and did an SEO audit to protect and grow their rankings through the move — the exact part most migrations fumble.

The results

  • 16.7% increase in marketing qualified leads
  • Full WordPress-to-Webflow migration, backed by a content audit, new information architecture, and an SEO audit
  • A right-sized brand refresh: new color, imagery, and messaging

The payoff was direct: a 16.7% increase in marketing qualified leads. Good.Lab’s site finally works as hard as its team does — clear, findable, and built to convert the companies that need them.
